Attractions
Museums Landskrona, besides the typical Landskrona museum or Art Gallery, has a couple of unconventional museums. Known in Sweden as a town with one of the biggest and oldest allotments plots areas, there’s now a unique
allotment plot museum (
Rothoffska kolonin) here. We have even a small
golf museum, the only one in Sweden!

A short trip by boat to the beautiful isle
Ven is a
must. The main attraction there,
Tycho Brahe heritage, is a observatory area Uraniborg - built by the world famous Danish astronomer Tycho Brahe in the 16th century and today beautiful renessaince garden, and a museum. An exciting place.
Parks, sights and historical buildings
Area around the Citadel is one of the most beautiful green areas in Landskrona; with the oldest allotment plots in Sweden, full of flowers and rare botanic species. However there are parks everywhere in Landskrona. In
Slottsparken, for instance
, you will find another attraction: sculptures made of park´s over 100-years-old elm trees, and in
Karlslundsparken there is a litle zoo, café and a boutique.
Outside the town, both great views (from
Glumslöv and
Rönneberga hills), as well as old, cosy fishing settlements make a trip to the country most enjoyable. While visiting
Örenäs castle, take a short walk to the fishing village
Ålabodarna. Head also to
Borstahusen, an idyll and genuine oasis for both visitors and Landskrona inhabitants.
